Maître de Michel Jouvenel des Ursins is the attributed artist of the illuminated “Heures à l’usage de Troyes”, which is kept in the Bibliothèque Municipal in Reims (France). The exact year of production being unknown, it is assumed to be made in Paris during the 15th century. [1]

A curiously coloured snail is seen on the upper left corner of folio 127r. The dextral shell is green, while the reddish animal seems to have its tail curled under it. It has two tentacles only.
