FR_Caudéran_33

This is the coat of arms of the French Caudéran, administratively part of Bordeaux. Caudéran originated in the 19th century around the Bourg de Saint-Amand. The name Caudéran is linked to a branch of the Duvigneau family and the Domaines de Certes [1]. No details could be found about the snails in the coat of arms. They are stylised and dextral, with all tentacles shown.
