Dated the late 13th century, this Psalter from northwestern France is now in the Bibliothèque nationale, Paris [1]. This psalter is illuminated with many initials, and marginalia consiting of human figures, hybrids and grotesques. Only the black/white copy is available now in the internet.

On folio 54r the following scene is found with the only malacomorph hybrid:

The shell is dextral and the head is rabbit-like.
